New findings from University of Freiburg, Department of Medicine in the area of life sciences published

Research findings, 'Evolving treatments of virus-associated HCC: new targets and drugs,' are discussed in a new report. "Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide. The major etiologies and risk factors for HCC development are well defined and some of the multiple steps involved in hepatocarcinogenesis have been elucidated in recent years," scientists in Freiburg, Germany report.
