Studies from Aichi Cancer Center Hospital, Department of Thoracic Surgery provide new data on lung cancer therapy

New research, 'Small peripheral lung adenocarcinoma: clinicopathological features and surgical treatment,' is the subject of a report. According to recent research published in the journal Surgery Today, "The clinical use of high-resolution computed tomography (CT) has greatly advanced diagnosis of small peripheral lesions of the lung. In CT images, these lesions often exhibit ground-glass opacity (GGO)."
