New esophageal cancer study findings recently were published by researchers at University Medical Center

Data detailed in 'Long-term esophageal cancer risk in patients with primary achalasia: a prospective study' have been presented. "Achalasia patients are considered at increased risk for esophageal cancer, but the reported relative risks vary. Identification of this risk is relevant for patient management," scientists in Rotterdam, Netherlands report.
