Findings in Pancreatic Cancer Reported from University of Sao Paulo

2011 JAN 25 -- Current study results from the report, 'EUS-guided choledochoduodenostomy for biliary drainage in unresectable pancreatic cancer: a case series,' have been published. According to recent research from Sao Paulo, Brazil, "Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is the procedure of choice for biliary decompression in patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer. However, it may be unsuccessful in 3 to 10% of cases."
