New Glioblastomas Research from Ohio State University, Department of Pediatrics Discussed

2011 MAR 1 -- Current study results from the report, 'STAT3 as a Therapeutic Target for Glioblastoma,' have been published. According to recent research published in the journal Anti-cancer Agents In Medicinal Chemistry, "Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common type of primary malignant brain tumor. Despite advances in surgical resection, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, prognosis remains very poor."
