Study Data from Chiba University Provide New Insights into Stem Cell Research

2011 JUN 7 -- Current study results from the report, "Approaches to neural stem cells and cancer cells based on natural products," have been published. According to a study from Chiba, Japan, "We have developed 'protein-and cell-based screen methods' for the isolation of new natural products. By using VDR (vitamin D receptor) immobilized magnetic beads, two new natural products were isolated rapidly."
