Findings in Apoptosis Reported from Zhengzhou University

2011 JUN 21 -- Fresh data on Apoptosis are presented in the report "Resveratrol induces apoptosis in breast cancer cells by E2F1-mediated up-regulation of ASPP1." According to recent research from Zhengzhou, People's Republic of China, "Resveratrol is a natural polyphenolic compound with cancer chemopreventive activity. However, our understanding of the molecular mechanism responsible for resveratrol-induced apoptosis is still very limited."
