Research from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine Yields New Findings on Lung Cancer

2011 JUN 21 -- Researchers detail in "Lung cancer diagnosis from proteomic analysis of preinvasive lesions," new data in Lung Cancer. "Early detection may help improve survival from lung cancer. In this study, our goal was to derive and validate a signature from the proteomic analysis of bronchial lesions that could predict the diagnosis of lung cancer," scientists in Nashville, United States report.
