Research from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Provide New Insights into Molecular Imaging

2011 NOV 1 -- "The aim of the study was to assess correlations between parameters on diffusion-weighted imaging and 2-deoxy-2-[F-18]fluoro-d-glucose-positron emission tomography/computed tomography (FDG-PET/CT) in rectal cancer. Thirty-three consecutive patients with pathologically confirmed rectal adenocarcinoma were included in this study," investigators in New York City, New York report.
