Research from A. Pereira and Co-Researchers Yields New Findings on Gynecology

2011 DEC 6 -- According to the authors of recent research from Seville, Spain, "The objective of the study was to evaluate the impact of the extent of intraperitoneal disease, presurgical and postsurgical debulking, in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) stages IIIC and IV with nodal metastases. This was a retrospective chart review of 101 patients with EOC treated at the Mayo Clinic between 1996 and 2000."
