Studies from Jilin University Add New Findings in the Area of Breast Cancer

2012 APR 3 -- A report, "Weighted change-point method for detecting differential gene expression in breast cancer microarray data," is newly published data in Plos One. According to the authors of a study from Changchun, People's Republic of China, "In previous work, we proposed a method for detecting differential gene expression based on change-point of expression profile. This non-parametric change-point method gave promising result in both simulation study and public dataset experiment."
