Bio-Imaging Technologies, Inc., (BITI) announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004. Mark L. Weinstein, president and CEO of Bio-Imaging, said, "As the third quarter ended, we signed a letter of intent to acquire Heart Core B.V., a leading global provider of customized imaging services in the field of cardiovascular, pulmonary and orthopedic clinical research.
