URAC renews accreditation of disease management programs care services company

American Healthways, Inc. (AMHC) has received a full, 2-year re-accreditation under URAC's Disease Management Organization Standards for programs treating diabetes, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. URAC, in addition, granted accreditation for the company's asthma program. URAC is an independent healthcare accrediting organizations.
