CryoCath enters exclusive global partnership

CryoCath Technologies, Inc., (CYT), a developer of cryotherapy products to treat cardiovascular disease, has agreed to terms on a partnership that grants ATS Medical (ATSI) co-promotion rights in the U.S. as well as exclusive distribution rights in the rest of the world including Europe and Asia (excluding areas where CryoCath has existing distribution agreements), for CryoCath's surgical cryotherapy products to ablate cardiac arrhythmias, allowing CryoCath to continue their quest to be a dominant player in the atrial fibrillation (AF) market.
