Temporal variations in programming of CRT devices characterized

Long-term variations in the programming of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices have been characterized.

"The optimal follow-up and long-term programming" of CRT devices "are uncertain," scientists in Australia explained.

To remedy this, D. O'Donnell and colleagues at Austin Hospital in Heidelberg conducted a study "to quantify the temporal variations in programming parameters to optimize the follow-up of these devices."
