CardioDynamics reports 21% decrease in sales

CardioDynamics (CDIC) a developer of Impedance Cardiography (ICG) technology, announced its financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2005 with net sales for the fourth quarter fiscal 2005 of $9.2 million, a decrease of 21% over net sales of $11.6 million for the same quarter last year, but an increase of 5% over the $8.8 million reported in third quarter 2005.

Fiscal 2005 sales were $37 million, a decrease of 10% over sales of $41 million reported for fiscal year 2004.
