Scientists discuss in "Apolipoprotein E gene polymorphisms and retinal vascular signs: the atherosclerosis risk in communities (ARIC) study" new findings in atherosclerosis. In this recent study, researchers in Sydney, Australia conducted a study "To examine the association between apolipoprotein E (APOE) gene polymorphisms and retinal microvascular signs. Population-based, cross-sectional study."
