Studies from Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences provide new data on myocarditis therapy

A report, 'QiHong prevents death in coxsackievirus B3 induced murine myocarditis through inhibition of virus attachment and penetration,' is newly published data in Experimental Biology and Medicine. "Viral myocarditis affects about 5% to 20% of the population. So far, there are not many effective antiviral treatments available," researchers in Beijing, People's Republic of China report.
