Data demonstrates the efficacy of CRESTOR in treating elevated cholesterol

New data presented from five studies (DISCOVERY, COMETS, MERCURY I, URANUS, RADAR) involving more than 5,000 patients provide further evidence of the efficacy of CRESTOR (rosuvastatin calcium) in improving cholesterol levels in patients with elevated cholesterol with either atherosclerosis, coronary artery disease, type 2 diabetes or metabolic syndrome.

The data were presented at the XV International Symposium on Drugs Affecting Lipid Metabolism (DALM) in Venice, Italy.
