Hologic acquires Suros Surgical Systems

Hologic, Inc., (HOLX), a provider of diagnostic- and digital-imaging systems directed towards women's health, announced it has completed the acquisition of Suros Surgical Systems, Inc., a company in the field of devices used for minimally invasive breast biopsy and tissue excision.
