Data on Adenocarcinomas Reported by Researchers at Jagiellonian University College of Medicine

2012 FEB 27 -- New investigation results, "Cribriform adenocarcinoma of the tongue," are detailed in a study published in Polish Journal of Pathology. "We report a case of a 73-year-old female with a tumor of the tongue, operated with two relapses. A single metastasis to the lymph node was present," scientists in Krakow, Poland report.

"Currently, the patient is alive without evidence of disease. The histological diagnosis of cribriform adenocarcinoma of the tongue was rendered," wrote P. Borowski-Borowy and colleagues, Jagiellonian University College of Medicine.
