Investigators publish new data in the report 'Effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on cognition and mood in stroke patients: a double-blind, sham-controlled trial.' According to recent research published in the American Journal of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, "This study examined whether repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation applied over the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) affected cognition or mood in poststroke patients. The study was a single-center, prospective, double-blind, sham-controlled preliminary study."
