Medical device company ships integrated insulin pump, glucose monitoring system

Smiths Medical MD, Inc. is shipping the CozMore Insulin Technology System. The system includes an insulin pump, a blood glucose monitor that attaches to the insulin pump, and communications software. The Deltec Cozmo insulin pump was introduced by Smiths Medical in December 2002. All existing Deltec Cozmo insulin pumps can be upgraded to the CozMore Insulin Technology System.
