Integrated Security Technologies complete acquisition of oral insulin patent application

The board of directors of Integrated Security Technologies, Inc., (ISTG) announced that the company completed the purchase of the U.S. provisional patent application no. 60/718716, including related intellectual property, from Hadasit Medical Services and Development, Ltd. for a method of preparing insulin for oral administration. As part of the purchase and sale of the intellectual property covered by provisional patent application no. 60/718716, Hadasit Medical Services and Development, Ltd., also agreed to provide consulting services to the company so clinical trials, including a full report, may be conducted.
