Data manager improves laboratory workflow

Giving a boost to its burgeoning information systems (IS) product line, Beckman Coulter, Inc., has released DL2000 Version 6.4, an update to its innovative data management software that improves laboratory workflow and patient test result management.

DL2000 operates in conjunction with a laboratory information system (LIS), enabling clinical labs to consolidate test information from various instrument systems and manage the data in real time. With DL2000, operators can control multiple lab processes, from sample tube identification to test result validation.
