Malmo University, Department of Clinical Sciences describes research in hypertension risk factors

A report, 'Long-term predictors of increased mortality risk in screened men with new hypertension; the Malmo preventive project,' is newly published data in Journal of Hypertension. According to recent research from Malmo, Sweden, "Regular blood pressure control has been advocated for early detection and treatment of patients with hypertension. We aimed to study whether long-term survival rate is related to socioeconomic circumstances and biological factors among middle-aged men with screened new hypertension."
