There has been no change in management and the legal name will continue to be Dalton Chemical Laboratories, Inc.
"Over the years Dalton has grown to a full service pharmaceutical development company. We believe that our new name better reflects our commitment to offer a diversity of pharmaceutical contract research and manufacturing services in order to help accelerate our clients' drug-discovery and -development programs," stated Peter Pekos, president and CEO.
