ICON selects TrackWise for audit and corrective and preventive action management

Sparta Systems, Inc., the maker of TrackWise and a developer of enterprise quality management system software for the life sciences industries, announced that ICON, plc, (ICLR), a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device industries, has selected TrackWise as its enterprise tool for managing global quality requirements.

Initial implementation of the system will be focused on internal, external, and supplier audits, as well as corrective and preventive action management.
