Acute Myeloid Leukemia Therapy
New acute myeloid leukemia therapy study findings have been reported by scientists at Ludwig-Maximilians University, Department of Internal Medicine III

Current study results from the report, "Cytotoxic activity of the third-generation bisphosphonate zoledronic acid in acute myeloid leukemia," have been published. According to recent research from Munich, Germany, "The third-generation bisphosphonate zoledronic acid (ZOL) has recently been shown to be active against human tumor and leukemic cell lines. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antileukemic potential of ZOL in acute myeloid leukemia (AML)."
