New investigation results, "Effect of tecastemizole on pulmonary and cutaneous allergic inflammatory responses," are detailed in a study published in Clinical & Experimental Allergy. According to recent research from London, the United Kingdom, "Tecastemizole, a major metabolite of astemizole, is a potent and selective H1 receptor antagonist.
