Dreier LLP Announces Class Action Lawsuit Against Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc.(NBIX)

Dreier LLP announces that a class action lawsuit was commenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, on behalf of purchasers of the common stock of Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. ("Neurocrine" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:NBIX) during the period June 20, 2002 through June 23, 2006, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The complaint alleges violations of the federal securities laws, including Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
