John A. Chionchio also joins Ballard today as of counsel in the Intellectual Property Department. Chionchio is a member of the mechanical patent practice. Kelly and Chionchio's colleague, Marc S. Segal, will join the Intellectual Property Department on September 2. Segal will be a member of the intellectual property litigation, biotechnology patent, and pharmaceutical patent practices.
