Integrated pharmacy management services to be provided to Blue Cross

AdvancePCS (ADVP) and Independence Blue Cross (IBC) have signed a letter of agreement calling for AdvancePCS to provide IBC with fully integrated pharmacy benefit management services.

IBC provides pharmacy benefit coverage to approximately 2 million of its 2.9 million Pennsylvania members.
