11.5% of Biodyne acquired by technology company

QuantumBit Induction Technology Inc. (OTC:QBIT) has acquired 11.5% of Biodyne Inc.

Biodyne Inc. is a Houston-based, privately held, biomedical development firm, and has engaged Biodyne in the development and implementation of its clinical neurotherapy services to be delivered by Qbit's subsidiary, Physical Therapy Associates, later this year. The initial focus for these therapies is the treatment of attention deficit disorder (ADD), thus providing an alternate to treatment with psycho-stimulants such as Ritalin.
