Long-acting lipophilic ACE inhibitors should be a routine treatment

According to a report published in the journal Current Medical Research and Opinion, "This paper reports the rationale for the cardiovascular protective effects of ACE inhibitors (ACEI) and reviews the overall results of recent randomized clinical trials."
