Agonist-selective receptor conformations studied, role of signaling clarified

Researchers from England have chronicled their investigation of whether agonist-selective receptor conformations occur with respect to M2 and M4 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor signaling via Gi/o and Gs proteins.
