Agonist-selective receptor conformations studied, role of signaling clarified

Researchers from England have chronicled their investigation of whether agonist-selective receptor conformations occur with respect to M₂ and M₄ muscarinic acetylcholine receptor signaling via G_i/o and G_s proteins.
