Catheter ablation compared to AV junction ablation w/ pacing therapy

The safety and efficacy of catheter ablation and AV junction ablation plus pacing therapy have been compared in atrial fibrillation (AF) patients. Catheter ablation "has become another nonpharmacologic therapeutic option for medically refractory paroxysmal AF," cardiologists in Taiwan noted.
