Lupus drug maker reports loss of $0.16 per share

Immunomedics, Inc., (IMMU), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing monoclonal antibodies, reported revenues of $0.5 million and a net loss of $8.8 million, or $0.16 per share, for the second quarter of fiscal year 2006, which ended December 31, 2005.

This compares to revenues of $1.0 million and a net loss of $6.4 million, or $0.12 per share, for the same period last year. For the first half of the 2006 fiscal year, the company reported revenues of $0.9 million and a net loss of $17.4 million, or $0.32 per share.
