Internet-based program increased coping skills in traumatized patients

Traumatized participants increased coping skills in an Internet-based program compared to those in a wait-list group. According to recent research from the United States, "This study compared the efficacy of an Internet-based, 8-week self-help program for traumatic event-related consequences (SHTC) (n=13) to a wait-list (WL) condition (n=14).
