Methamphetamine treatment center develops program to address cognitive damage of addiction

New Beginnings, a nationally recognized chemical dependency treatment center located in Waverly, Minnesota, in conjunction with Medica Health Plans, has developed The Clearinghouse, a treatment program that specifically addresses the devastation methamphetamine addiction causes to an individual's cognitive functioning.
