Sontra Medical Corporation regains compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement

Sontra Medical Corporation (SONTD) announced that, following its recently completed reverse stock split, it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Capital Market's $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.

On August 11, 2006, Sontra completed a 1-for-10 reverse split of its common stock and since that date the company's common stock was traded under the current symbol SONTD. Following compliance, the company's common stock will trade once again under the symbol SONT.
