Investigators publish new data in the report "The influence of patient adherence on anticoagulation control with warfarin: results from the International Normalized Ratio Adherence and Genetics (IN-RANGE) Study. Warfarin sodium is a highly efficacious drug, but proper levels of anticoagulation are difficult to maintain. Conflicting data exist on the influence of patient adherence on anticoagulation control," researchers in the United States report.
