Research from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Division of Hematology-Oncology has provided new data on angiogenesis

Research findings, "Biomarkers for monitoring antiangiogenic therapy," are discussed in a new report. According to a study from the United States, "A variety of antiangiogenic agents are currently available for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma. With these exciting new therapeutic agents comes the challenge of elucidating useful biomarkers to monitor patients receiving these therapies."
