Reports from Tel-Aviv University advance knowledge in thymic cancer

"' To determine whether the use of adjuvant radiation in the treatment of invasive thymic tumors affects survival and to identify prognostic factors. The files of 47 patients with thymic tumors treated by adjuvant radiation in our institute from 1984 to 2003 were reviewed for data on prognosis and survival," scientists writing in the American Journal of Clinical Oncology - Cancer Clinical Trials report.
