Researchers at New York University, Division of Orthopedic Surgery publish new data on hemarthrosis

2010 DEC 31 -- A new study, 'Recurrent hemarthrosis in a hemophilic patient after revision total knee arthroplasty,' is now available. According to recent research published in the journal Orthopedics, "Recurrent hemarthrosis following a revision total knee arthroplasty is a rare complication. The likelihood of encountering bleeding complications in patients with hemophilia C following major surgery is unpredictable."
