2011 JAN 21 -- Researchers detail in 'Treatment of unicentric Castleman disease with neoadjuvant rituximab,' new data in Giant Lymph Node Hyperplasia. According to recent research from the United States, "Angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia, known more commonly as Castleman disease, is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder. Castleman disease has two distinct clinical manifestations described as unicentric and multicentric disease."
