Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida adds provider

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF) and Sheridan Healthcare, Inc., announced the addition of Anesthesia Associates of Tallahassee to the BCBSF network of hospital-based providers.

Anesthesia Associates of Tallahassee are participating in BlueOptions, BlueChoice (PPO) and Traditional (POS) plans effective July 1, 2005.

Anesthesia Associates of Tallahassee is comprised of 68 physicians and certified registered nurse anesthetists providing anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and Capital Regional Medical Center, as well as six other surgical centers in Leon County. BCBSF has approximately 38,000 members in the five-county area...
