Seroconversion greater than 98% after yellow fever vaccination

Researchers report the results of a randomized, placebo-controlled trial on the reactogenicity of yellow fever vaccines in a recent issue of Revista de Saude Publica. In a recently published article, scientists in Brazil conducted a study "to compare the reactogenicity of three yellow fever (YF) vaccines from WHO-17D and Brazilian 17DD substrains (different seed-lots) and placebo. The study involved 1,087 adults eligible for YF vaccine in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
