University General Hospital Earns CAP Accreditation

University General Hospital Laboratory has been awarded an accreditation by the Commission on Laboratory Accreditation of the College of American Pathologists (CAP). The CAP accreditation is based on the results of a recent on-site inspection.

"We are pleased and proud to join more than 6,000 other CAP-accredited laboratories nationwide," said Kamran Nezami, president and CEO of University General Hospital Systems. "The CAP recognition follows a recent string of accomplishments and honors by University General Hospital."
