Study findings from Sweden, Spain and the United States provide new insights into endocrinology

New endocrinology data have been reported by scientists in Sweden, Spain and the United States.

Study 1: Researchers detail in "Gastric ghrelin cell development is hampered and plasma ghrelin is reduced by delayed weaning in rats," new data in endocrinology. "The duration of breastfeeding has attracted much interest, as a prolonged period of breastfeeding has been shown to reduce the risk of developing obesity. The mechanism behind the reduced risk is, however, poorly understood," scientists in Lund, Sweden report.
